IN-STORE REFILLABLE PRODUCTS POLICY

Due to the nature of the refill process, all refillable products are non-refundable, and they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you are unsure if a product is right for you, we highly recommend purchasing a sample amount first, so you can try it out before you commit to a larger refill amount.

IN-STORE RETURNS

Any non-refillable store items are returnable for store credit within 14 days, as long as they have not been used.

All thrift items must be returned within 7 days, tags on, no stains.

We are unable to provide returns or refunds on makeup products.

Online Returns and exchanges

To keep with the mission of our store, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.The process of returns has a number of negative impacts on our planet. In the United States alone, returned goods generate 5 billion lbs of landfill waste each year!

If you have any issues with your product, please email us at info@proteazerowaste.com and we will gladly address these on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for understanding and helping us reduce our environmental footprint as much as possible!

Shipping

Each package is put together by hand and with love on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Shipping materials are plastic-free and shipped in either:

- Re-used boxes and paper

- Boxes that are 100% recycled, 95% post-consumer content, fully recyclable and biodegradable

- Compostable mailers

Please do your best to re-use, upcycle, or recycle your boxes!

Note: Protea Zero Waste is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS.

We only ship within the U.S. at this time.

Your order will be shipped out within 2-3 days, and you should receive it within a week.
